On December 15, 2012, the Saturday activity was organized by COERR at Mae La Oon camp in Mae Hong son province. This time 50 children with special needs were trained how to make toys for enhancing their development. The children were taught to fill the empty balloon with sand or mung bean and wrap with another empty balloon then tie and decorate it with color paper as eyes and mouth to make the balloon as cute as they want. The balloon toy will massage their hand while playing and help them relax. In addition, they will be proud of themselves making their own toys. The children then will realize their own capability and be proud to be a valuable part of their society. The community service workers will see that the child has pleasure and safety in making their own toys.
